The conference will start on the morning of the Tuesday 21st of September and end Saturday 25th at noon. The registration will be open on the evening of the Monday, 20th September, and we will have a welcome reception on that day.
Talks will begin early (around 9 o'clock) in the morning of the 21st. Therefore, expected arrival time is Monday 20th September and expected departure on the evening of Saturday 25th.
Hotel accomodation should be booked and paid for individually by all participants, including invited speakers. To help you with the reservation process, you may use the Reservation Form provided by the Diplomatic Services Travel Agency. This agency has reserved a number of rooms in some of the below mentioned hotel for the participants in the conference. Any requirements concerning accomodation (extension beyond the conference dates, car rental, excursions, etc.) should be addressed to the travel agency and not to the scientific organizers of the conference.
